An ancient cistern on the Makrylongos highplain

At the western end of the Makrylongos plateau was a small agricultural settlement that could be around 800-1000 years old. The settlement includes several remains of a building, a wine press and a collecting vessel embedded in the floor. But the most beautiful is the large cistern.
On a rock there are signs that are said to have left crusaders or are even early Christian symbols.
